(More customer reviews)Item arrived in a timely manner.A bit heavy to hang on the wall.This item was 'okay'.There was no packaging on the face of the clock so when it arrived, it was scratched up.I did not contact the seller or try to return it, so don't know how the return would have been handled.This was a gift for a person who is disabled and lives away from home.I would have had to send it back, wait for a return, and then send it on to the person at my own expense, so opted not to do this. This issue could have been alleviated with a plastic cling-type cover on the face of the clock.If this had been the case, I'd likely have given it 4 stars.
